INTRODUCTION:
My Challenge was successfully achieved.
But the starting date of My Challenge (Nov. 25, 2006) was too early because the sunspot minimum point came later than expected.

According to this list, the 3-month moving average of sunspot numbers was not more than 10 from Sep. 2007.
Thus it is more challenging to set the starting month as Sep. 2007.

The time periods for My Challenge (Nov. 25, 2006 - Nov. 24, 2011) and My additional Challenge (Sep. 13, 2007 - Nov. 24, 2011) are shown with the arrows in this figure.
It is clear from this figure that I did My Challenge and My Additional Challenge during the BOTTOM of the sunspot cycle.

OBJECT OF MY ADDITIONL CHALLENGE:
The object of My Additional Challenge was to work as many DXCC-entities as possible using an output power of 500 milliwatts and dipole antennas on 17m (18MHz) and higher bands during the period in which the 3-month moving averages of sunspot numbers were consecutively not more than 10 (i.e., from Sep. 2007 to Nov. 2009).
RESULTS OF MY ADDITIONL CHALLENGE:
I worked the following 103 DXCC-entities, and as of now I have confirmed 90 DXCC-entities. In this case, "confirmed" means confirmed by a QSL card, LoTW, eQSL or log search.
