My Comments:
There was zero sunspot, and the band conditions on 15 meters were very poor.
But luckily, I was able to work Zone 8 (6Y1V) and Zone 33 (IG9X).
In addition, surprisingly and unexpectedly, I was able to work Zone 5 (W3LPL) at an unusual time (0532 UTC).
The signal of W3LPL was very strong like a local station and S9 on my S-meter.
According to W3LPL, the propagation was via a long path.
















































A long path to the East Coast of USA on 15 meters at an unusual time at the sunspot cycle minimum !!
W3LPL received my very weak QRP long-path signals to complete the QSO !!
